Made by one of Cornwall’s most loved and well recognised brands and carefully handmade in Scorrier near Redruth using traditional Cornish recipes and only genuine local ingredients: potato, swede (or turnip), onion, diced beef, seasoning and of course, a generous glug of one of Cornwall’s best loved ales. You can tell it is a genuine Steak Cornish Pasty from the crimping on the side, not the top! Prima crimp all their pasties by hand giving it a distinctive D shape and making it a Proper Cornish Pasty. Prima pasties provide the benchmark other pasty makers aspire to so don’t settle for any less. If you are going to treat yourself to traditional Cornish Pasties make sure they are the best!

Cooking Instructions: Frozen Pasties

These instructions are the producer's recommendations and should be used as a guide only. Optimum cooking times will vary depending on your oven.

For best results, always bake from frozen.

  1. Preheat your oven to 190C (375F).
  2. Place your Pasties on a lined baking tray in the centre of the oven.
  3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until your pasty is golden brown and the filling is piping hot (over 90C).
