Who Are Rosemullion Distillery?
From their idyllic corner of the Cornish countryside, nestled near the Helford River, Rosemullion Distillery brings you artisan spirits crafted with love and dedication.
Established in 2018 by the Bradbury family, they’ve made it their mission to create exceptional Cornish gin, rum, and whisky that celebrate flavour, quality, and authenticity.
What’s Their Secret?
Using a bespoke, hand-built copper still, they lovingly create each batch by hand, ensuring every drop is perfect. They produce in small batches of just 300 bottles, maintaining their true artisan approach.
They take pride in being one of the few distilleries that create their own base spirits from scratch. Giving them unparalleled control over their flavours, allowing them to experiment with unique blends, and craft spirits that are truly one-of-a-kind.
Fun Facts about the Distillery
Summer Gin: This gin blends traditional juniper with a refreshing kick of citrus and local Cornish summer fruits. Even using harvested Cornish rainwater in the process.
Cornish Rums: Their rums are crafted from molasses, then fermented, distilled, and aged in oak barrels on-site. This meticulous process is what gives their rum a rich and authentic flavor.
Cornish Authenticity: They are proud to hold an official certificate of approval for Cornish Authenticity, a testament to their dedication to quality and tradition.
