  1. The Eden Project 

Eden is one of Cornwall’s biggest attractions. Their main mission is to spread awareness and educate the public about the climate change crisis. You can take a walk through the world’s largest biomes, exploring rainforests and Mediterranean environments. 

In the summer, the attraction turns into a music venue! Some of the world’s biggest artists have performed there. including the likes of Elton John, Amy Winehouse, Lionel Richie, and Oasis – it’s certainly a venue to add to your list! 

  1. Bodmin Jail 

Built back in 1779 for King George III, Bodmin Jail is a must-see on your trip to Cornwall. 

Showcasing the rich and dark legacy of Georgian & Victorian crime and punishment, the jail immerses you deep into dark history. From heritage tours to paranormal experiences, Bodmin Jail is not one to miss. 

  1. Healey’s Cornish Cyder Farm 

One for all the family!  

Meet their friendly farm animals, enjoy tractor rides, and take a guided tour around the famous cyder production factory. 

If you’re a Cyder drinker, we’d highly recommend taking advantage of the special Healey’s Tasting Room. 

  1. Cornish Seal Sanctuary 

This Cornish charity rescues and provides expert care for sick or injured seals around the Cornish shores. 

There’s plenty of things to do, including being a keeper for the day, VIP tours, & a behind the seals experience! 

  1. Minack Theatre 

If you’re in West Cornwall, a trip to the Minack is a must. 

From the first site, you’ll see the most breathtaking view from the cliffs high above Porthcurnow Beach. 

The theatre offers the most fabulous productions, like Fishermans’ Friends, A Christmas Carol & Mevagissey Male Choir. 

  1. The Lost Gardens of Heligan 

Visit this 200-acre wildlife paradise, located in the beautiful coastal village of Pentewan. 

The perfect place for plant enthusiasts, historians, and wildlife lovers to visit. The jungle takes you on a sub-tropical journey through the gardens. On your way, you’ll see livestock, wildlife and ancient woodlands.

Joined to the mainland by a cobbled causeway, St. Michael’s Mount is one of Cornwall’s most iconic spots. 

Whether you travel there by boat or foot, the Mount is one not to miss! 

You’ll learn about the legend of Jack the Giant Killer! You may even hear its heartbeat…

Located on the peninsula of Tintagel Island in North Cornwall, Tintagel Castle is a great day out for history fans. 

The castle was built by Richard, 1st Earl of Cornwall, in the 13th century, during the High Middle Ages. Be sure to take a visit to Merlin’s Cave, located below, at sea level.

Opened in 2003, the National Maritime Museum is located on the beautiful Falmouth Harbour.  

Their mission is to promote and educate others about the maritime heritage of Cornwall. It does this through special exhibitions, lectures, and workshops. 

Home to 15 galleries, a boat-building workshop, and a National Small Boat Collection, whatever the weather, the National Maritime Museum has plenty to offer! 

  1. Trebah Gardens 

With four miles of footpaths in exotic tropical gardens, a private beach, and a unique outdoor theatre space, it’s a great place to relax and unwind while spending time with the family.
