Letterboxes vary in size and although our postal hampers are designed to fit through the majority of doors, they will not fit through all of them. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by the order not fitting through the letterbox. If possible please check that the destination letterbox can accommodate the box dimension: 342mm x 230mm x 32mm. Where a destination letterbox cannot accommodate the box size, the courier will be instructed to leave in a safe place.
